Another victory for right-to-work advocates in Wisconsin! As the Washington Free Beacon noted: “A judge in Wisconsin voided a teachers union contract that would have forced educators in the Kenosha Unified School District to pay dues as a condition of employment.”
This lawsuit was filed on the heels of Illinois GOP Governor Bruce Rauner’s lawsuit to end mandatory union dues for civil servants i.e. public employees, in order to bolster Rauner’s case and possibly deter Rauner from settling out of court.
