David Daleiden, the activist behind the Planned Parenthood organ harvesting videos, will no longer face a misdemeanor charge from the Harris County attorney’s office since the county judge threw it out. Daleiden turned down a plea deal and it worked out for him, so far.

They didn’t have a search warrant, apparently. Isn’t that illegal? The activist in question? David Daleiden, who exposed Planned Parenthood’s organ harvesting practices last year.
This is confusing, considering Planned Parenthood is the organ seller and the Center for Medical Progress exposed the practice. Grand juries and indictments are increasingly sketchy, it seems. Photo by American Life League
