For the second time in three weeks, The New York Times omitted the party affiliation of a Democrat who was in legal trouble. On Sept. 5, the Times omitted the fact that Sen. Robert Menendez is a Democrat in a lengthy article on his upcoming corruption trial. After being heavily criticized on Twitter, the Times […]
Considering that the FBI director, James Comey, previously mentioned that the FBI was looking at the Weiner-Clinton computer connection, this bit of news about Clinton sending Weiner classified information via e-mail should not come as a surprise. Apparently, Clinton’s trust aide Huma Abedin was involved in sending the e-mails to her husband, Anthony Weiner, for […]
If you thought Hillary Clinton’s year couldn’t get any worse, it just did, with the former Democratic presidential nominee being named to GQ’s “Least Influential People Of 2016” list. GQ’s Drew Magary wasn’t happy about placing her on the list, but he felt he had no choice after she lost the election to Donald Trump: […]
It reads as if ABC News lamented the timing of the FBI’s investigation of Clinton and her e-mails. Talk about lacking subtlety, huh? Neera Tanden, who heads the liberal think tank Center for American Progress (CAP), responded, “Lord have mercy” to then-communications director Jennifer Palmieri’s remark. Palmieri was referring to getting Huma Abedin out of the home she shared with husband Anthony Weiner.
Episode 33. In the last podcast before the election Brian and I discuss the FBI reopening the Clinton email investigation, CNN’s firing of Donna Brazile, the tightening presidential polls, early voting, Rachel Dolezal’s upcoming memoir and more.
A good reminder from the Washington Examiner: Underscoring the magnitude of FBI Director James Comey’s decision toreopen the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s emails is his congressional testimony just last month in which he said he saw no avenue for reopening the case. “I’ve not seen anything that would come near to that kind of situation,” […]
James Comey wrote a letter to Congress today that officially notified the legislature that he will be reopening the e-mails investigation of Hillary Clinton’s server, as the New York Times reported:
