Dear Ms. Mason:

CBS news correspondent Wyatt Andrews, on the March 22 broadcast, cited an alleged memo on the Terri Schiavo case prepared by or for Republican U.S. Senators. But the anonymous memo has no markings indicating that a Republican Senator or his office had anything to do with it. Andrews cited no evidence proving it was what he claimed it to be. It looks like CBS has been implicated in another Memogate scandal, in which it has rushed into a broadcast with a document that was not verified in advance. What action will you take on this matter?
