Dear Mr. Jones:

Your newspaper seems to have a blind spot on communist activities in America. First, your reporters have consistently failed to report that members of the communist Workers World Party have been the key organizers of recent protests in Washington, D.C., including the January 18 “anti-war” rally. Second, Post reporter Juliet Eilperin claimed in a story that a congressional committee headed by Rep. Christopher Cox had probed “whether” China had stolen U.S. nuclear weapons secrets when it had unanimously come to the conclusion that China had done so. Is there some reason why the facts about communist subversion and espionage on American soil are not reported by the Post?
