Dear Mr. Sulzberger:

You were kind enough to accept a copy of Notra Trulock's new book, Code Name Kindred Spirit: Inside the Chinese Nuclear Espionage Scandal, when Cliff Kincaid of Accuracy in Media presented it to you at your recent annual meeting. We are perplexed that the Times hasn't reviewed it so far. Notra, who is now Associate Editor of the AIM Report, worked with your reporters to break this scandal wide open when he was chief of intelligence for the Energy Department. But then your paper dropped the ball. The Times reviewed the book by Wen Ho Lee, the former Los Alamos scientist who pleaded guilty to one charge in the case, but Trulock's book provides the complete and accurate account that your readers deserve.
