Accuracy in Media

The Washington Post published a report from an anonymous source, who claimed that President Trump revealed highly classified information to the Russian ambassador and the foreign minister. The information divulged, according to the source, was that President Trump revealed enough information that the Russians could eventually discover how the U.S. obtained the highly-classified information and by which method.

H.R. McMaster, Trump’s national security advisor, later addressed the press and denied that the President told the Russians about classified information in the face-to-face meeting. After which, the liberal media parsed his statement and said that McMaster did not refute the Post’s main points head-on. This means that the media is insinuating that President Trump did reveal classified information to the Russians.
