Being a police officer can be dangerous. Sadly, we are reminded of this at least weekly. This sad piece of news from USA Today [1] reporting on the tragedy of another police officer killed on duty:
Wayne State University Police K9 Officer Collin Rose has died of injuries sustained when he was shot in the head [2] while on-duty.
Rose is the first Wayne State officer to be killed in the line of duty. He was the second Wayne State officer to be shot while on duty.
