New York Times Issued Correction on Russia Article, Overstated Intelligence Agencies’ Assertions

The New York Times issued a correction [1] of one of its pieces on Russia, where it claimed that all seventeen intelligence agencies in the U.S. agreed that Russia orchestrated cyberattacks to help Donald Trump get elected.

In fact, it was four agencies that agreed on the assessment.

Big difference, New York Times. 17-4=13 agencies that didn’t agree with the newspaper’s report back on June 25, 2017.
