A sit-in protest at the Hill by the NAACP ignored Sessions’ record. The NAACP didn’t do this to any of Obama’s nominees, predictably, and ignored how Senator Sessions had fought for racial equality and fought for black Americans with reducing federal sentencing minimums.
Apparently, the NAACP is urging other demonstrations at Sessions’ other congressional offices in his home state of Alabama.
