Media Won’t Admit Senate Budget Deal Signifies Potential Win for Trump

The media covered news of the compromise budget deal reached by Democrats and Republicans in the Senate, which did not go over well with conservatives and liberals in the House of Representatives.

The deal did not include legalization or protections for ‘Dreamers,’ or semi-legalized immigrants under Obama’s presidency, which omission in a previous budget deal had led to the recent government shutdown by the Democratic Party.

But, the Trump administration and Republicans applied pressure to the Democrats and the Democrats have apparently caved on providing legal protections for ‘Dreamers’ in this budget compromise to fund the government.

The media’s headlines do not admit how the Trump and GOP politicians may have won this round of negotiations, yet the House has to pass the compromise for it to be a complete political victory. Instead, it’s “congressional leaders” in Politico [1] or “Senate leaders” at NBC News [2] as far as the descriptions go.
