Last week, the New York Times broke the story that Hillary Clinton kept an adviser on her campaign, Burns Strider, after a young female staffer told her senior staffers that Strider sexually harassed her.
In response, Clinton tweeted the following:
A story appeared today about something that happened in 2008. I was dismayed when it occurred, but was heartened the young woman came forward, was heard, and had her concerns taken seriously and addressed.

However, there was no coverage on the websites of CNN, CBS News, ABC News or NBC News regarding Clinton’s follow-up statement. It appears no one in the media, at least in online analyses and articles, questioned whether Clinton had actually called the former female staffer.
