Liz Heron, an executive editor at Huffington Post, tweeted out a picture [1] of an all-woman editorial meeting, which was met with scathing criticism and sarcasm [2] on the Internet. Why? In pushing for diversity, the picture had mostly white women, with Asian women [3] in the background, and mostly young women (who are cheaper to hire and fire [4] within the journalism industry).
