Hillary Clinton’s decision to use a private server while she led the State Department was “inconceivable,” and everything she has said about the matter is “incoherent,” according to a former chief of the National Security Agency.
“What she set up was inconceivable. And the explanations since that point are incoherent,” retired Gen. Michael Hayden told Al Jazeera’s Mehdi Hasan, in an interview set to air next week.
