Foreign Countries and Companies are Donating to Hillary; Isn’t this an Ethics Problem?

Hillary Clinton had put into place a partial ban on foreign companies and countries donating to her Clinton Foundation when she was Obama’s Secretary of State. But, now that she is probably preparing for a White House bid in 2016, shouldn’t she stop these donations from going into her potential campaign coffers?
