A prosecutor in Loudoun County, Jim Plowman, is concerned that ex-convicts could be serving on juries sooner rather than later, which he said does victims a big disservice in the criminal justice system. He said that voting rights restoration could lead to ex-convicts being able to serve on juries in the near future.
