ABC News falsely reported that then-candidate Donald Trump instructed former general Michael Flynn to contact the Russian government to try to repair relations between the two countries. But, they were wrong because it was President-Elect Donald Trump who gave the instructions, meaning that it was not pre-election collusion with the Russian government.
However, it took ABC News seven hours to correct their misreporting, and as Townhall alleged, it contributed to the tanking of the stock market, where Dow Jones dropped 350 points.
