Dallas Transit Officer Killed was a Newlywed, a Grandfather

Brent Thompson, a transit police officer, was one of the five slain police officers in Dallas, Texas. He was newly married as of two weeks ago. He was the first DART officer killed in the line of duty since DART was formed in 1989. Rest in peace, Officer Thompson.
