The Free Beacon cited a U.S. Senate subcommittee finding on immigration:
Immigration policy administered by the federal government will increase the population at seven times the normal rate, according to a chart from the Senate Subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest.
“For every 1 new American added to the population, immigration will add 7 more,” explains the subcommittee.
According to data from the Pew Research Center, without new immigration policy, 14 million residents are expected to be added to the current population by 2065. Pew “further projects that the federal government, exclusively through immigration policy, will add 103 million future residents to the U.S. population (new immigrants and their descendants).”
