That sounds like a fear-mongering-type headline, doesn’t it? The article is focused on Ohio being an ‘open-carry state’, where a properly-licensed gun owner can have a gun on them in plain view without being stopped. But, the headline makes it seem that a flood of guns will be roaming the streets of Cleveland, Ohio in time for the GOP convention.
