Not much is known other than there are twelve people dead, at least forty-eight hospitalized after a truck drove through a Christmas market in Berlin, Germany. The German police arrested a man in connection with the attack, but reports indicate that it could be the wrong man.
The initial reaction is that this is an act of terrorism, similar to the Bastille Day truck attack in Nice, France this past July. At least eighty-four people died in that attack and the driver was a radicalized Tunisian-born French passport holder.
