WASHINGTON — Greek Prime Minister Antonis Samaras told a Greek newspaper that their government is on track to meet the goals imposed on them by their creditors.

greek PM SamarasReuters reports that the newspaper To Vima said that Samaras does not think “there will be any problems” with meeting the remaining bailout requirements.

Greece has been the tipping point of the economic crisis in Europe, requiring several bailouts and which problem was exacerbated by Spanish, Cypriot and Portuguese economic woes.
