Accuracy in Media

Don Irvine is the publisher of Accuracy in Media and chairman of its sister organization Accuracy in Academia. He is the son of Reed Irvine, who launched AIM in 1969, and developed an understanding of media bias at an early age. He has been actively involved with AIM for nearly 40 years.

In addition to his role as the publisher of the AIM Report, Mr. Irvine is the main contributor to the AIM website through his Bias Watch blog with nearly 6,000 posts to date.

Don speaks to groups throughout the country on media bias and how technology has changed the media landscape in the last two decades.

Mr.  Irvine is active on Facebook  and Twitter on which he posts his video commentaries.

Articles from Don’s blog, which focuses on media and cultural issues, have appeared on websites like, National Review Online, Fox Nation and Big Journalism. He is the co-author of Why You Can’t Trust the News Vol. 2 and Vol. 3.
