Accuracy in Media

Starting tonight, millions of Americans will tune into the Republican National Convention to watch what promises to be the most interesting political convention in modern times, as the presumptive GOP nominee showcases his family and policies that he hopes will put him in the White House in November.

Each night will have a theme and a Trump family member, beginning with tonight’s “Make America Safe Again” theme featuring Donald Trump’s wife Melania among the speakers.

The theme on Tuesday will be “Make America Work Again.” Two of his children, Tiffany and Donald Trump, Jr., are expected to speak.

On Wednesday the theme will be “Make America First Again,” with Trump’s other son Eric speaking.

Finally on Thursday, the theme will be “Make America One Again,” featuring daughter Ivanka with Trump giving his acceptance speech.

The media have made a lot of noise about the Republican luminaries who won’t be attending the convention, like former President George W. Bush, 2012 nominee Mitt Romney and most of the 16 other candidates who Trump defeated. But the convention will still have its share of star power with former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Duck Dynasty’s Willie Robertson and Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke listed among the dozens of speakers who will address the delegates.

Even with the liberal media ready to pounce on Trump for any mistakes he might make on Thursday, he will still come out a big winner as the Trump-loaded affair will certainly attract higher ratings than past RNC conventions, and provide a stark contrast to what Hillary and company will deliver next week.
