Buried deep in a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll of Democratic primary voters was a question about what news sources they watch or read regularly and the responses revealed that CNN was the runaway favorite among those surveyed.
The poll asked the following question: When it comes to staying up with the news, which, of these news sources, if any, do you watch or consume regularly?
Of the 428 surveyed, 62 percent named CNN as their top news source, followed by MSNBC at 42 percent and Fox News at 22 percent. Respondents could name more than one source resulting in the percentages exceeding 100 percent.
Even though the survey size is extremely small, the fact that these voters preferred CNN over MSNBC exposes the network as being firmly in the liberal media news sphere and not the neutral network it claims to be.
