Conde says this initiative will help create a more inclusive workplace at a time the country is dealing with “systemic inequality” and a long history of “racial injustice.”
In reality, this is nothing more than an affirmative action program that will place gender and skin color above qualifications as the network salves its conscience and satisfies social justice warriors both inside and outside the news division that they are committed to a more progressive racial agenda.
