Speaking at the annual Hillary Rodham Clinton Awards for Advancing Women in Peace and Security ceremony, hosted by the Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace and Security, former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said that she is a firm believer in “truth, evidence and facts.”
“Good reporting is not only compelling and enlightening — it is absolutely essential. I still believe in truth, evidence, facts,” Clinton said. “There is no such thing as alternative reality, and we have to make sure that we don’t try to live in it or let anybody else push us to live in it either.”
Clinton added that the work of journalists is crucial because “expertise, truth and facts are under siege.”
Does this mean that the investigation into Hillary’s use of a private email server, while she was Secretary of State will get a dose of truth and facts from Clinton herself?
