Accuracy in Media

A new Gallup survey shows that Democrats are increasingly eschewing MSNBC in favor of CNN and other outlets for their news.

Even worse for MSNBC is that CNN, which has been in a ratings free fall over the last few years, has not only beaten MSNBC this year, but is now attracting five times as many Democrats to their programs than the self-described progressive network.

MSNBC also fared poorly when it came to where Americans turn for news, with just one percent of those surveyed saying they watch MSNBC, compared to eight percent for Fox and seven percent for CNN.

Maybe MSNBC actually has more Democratic viewers, but they were just too embarrassed to admit that they watch the cable-news arm of the DNC.
