Accuracy in Media

Hillary Clinton is still looking for scapegoats for her 2016 election loss to Donald Trump.

On Sunday, she chose to blame the “false equivalency” and the”right-wing media ecosystem” as contributing factors.

Clinton was addressing the Pen America World Voices Festival, an international literary festival in New York on Sunday.

Clinton also criticized the Trump administration and what she sees as Trump’s attacks on free speech and freedom of the press.

To combat what she sees as the decline in independent news sources, Clinton suggests people subscribe to newspapers — a sometimes purveyor of fake news — while at the same time suggesting that they call out fake news among other things.

Clinton has a long range of excuses for her election loss including sexism, voter suppression, Barack Obama, Bernie Sanders, James Comey and uninformed voters. Now, her focus has moved to right-wing media and fake news hoping to capitalize on Trump’s attacks on the liberal media in her continual effort to blame anyone or anything but herself for her stunning defeat.
