Bloomberg Politics’ With All Due Respect co-host John Heilemann weighed in on Hillary Clinton’s press conference that was held on Tuesday. He said that it really answered nothing, and that the big headline is that “She destroyed thousands of emails,” which isn’t a great takeaway for her.
That’s bad news for Mrs. Clinton when even the left-wing media aren’t buying her answers. She was hoping to put to rest the questions surrounding her use of a private email account and server while she was Secretary of State, but instead raised more questions about her motives for doing so.
Until her server is examined—which she is refusing to allow—we will never know for sure whether or not all of her State Department related emails have been turned over, and the questions and doubts will remain.
