Accuracy in Media

Chris Matthews polled his live audience in Iowa on who should be Obama’s running mate in 2012 and found that support for current Vice President Joe Biden was lukewarm at best, as Hillary Clinton seemingly garnered half the votes.

While this was a completely unscientific poll, the fact that there was so much support for Hillary only helps to underscore just how disenchanted Democrats are with Biden after nearly three years of gaffes and missteps by the veep, and how worried they are about their chances of retaining the White House unless they find a stronger running mate for Obama.

Not much love for Biden at Java Joe’s.
