BREAKING: Jussie Smollett ‘Directed Every Aspect of the Attack’

Empire actor Jussie Smollet’s alleged fake hate crime was orchestrated by the actor himself according to the two Nigerian brothers connected to the attack.

The lawsuit filed on Tuesday stated Smollett wanted to portray an image to the public as a successful gay black actor.

“He wanted his employer and the public to notice and appreciate him a successful black, openly gay actor,” said Ola and Abel Osundairo. The two Nigerian brothers filed a defamation lawsuit [1] in federal court against Smollett’s attorneys [2], Tina Glandian and Mark Geragos, and Geragos’ law firm. In the suit, the brothers allege the law firm pushed a narrative that the two brothers “led a criminally homophobic, racist and violent attack against Mr.Smollett,” even though they knew it wasn’t true.

According to Fox [2], the “Brothers are seeking punitive damages as well as lost income in the lawsuit.”

The lawsuit continued in stating that Smollett approached the brothers and asked for them to “help him stage a social media hoax and pretend to attack him.”

Smollett faced 16 charges for filing a false police report claiming that two individuals attacked him in downtown Chicago and were armed with a noose and an unknown chemical substance that would have been used to harm Smollett. Smollett elaborated and said the two men specifically attacked him hit him, poured bleach all over him, and placed a rope around his neck before shouting, “This is MAGA country.”

However, the charges against Smollett were dropped [3] with little explanation leaving the public stunned. Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson pushed back against the Cook County State Attorney’s Office decision to drop all charges against Smollett.

The Chicago department of law has slammed Smollett for his false story and is seeking $130,000 from Smollett “for the cost of police overtime spent investigating his false police report.”

Smollett continues to maintain his innocence.
