MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski implied on Tuesday’s Morning Joe that any of the other 21 Democrats besides current frontrunner Joe Biden — including new candidate Gov. Steve Bullock (D-Mont.) who jumped into the race Tuesday — are wasting their time.
“Steve Bullock jumping in, there are so many Democrats, I guess I have to ask at this point, when you have one Democrat with such a resounding lead in the polls, and then so many others trying to get air time,” Brzezinski said today on MSNBC, before she seemed to imply that Bullock should be less ambitious and instead focus on a U.S. Senate seat.
“Steve Bullock we like him, I think he’s a very attractive candidate,” Brzezinski said. “We’ve met him firsthand, he’s been on ‘Morning Joe,’ and he seems like he has a lot to offer. But what kind of, like, bugs me in the back of my mind is that that Senate seat in his state is pretty important, too.”
