HuffPost Reports Trump is Worried About Warren’s Crowd Sizes

HuffPost recently reported President Donald Trump is worried about Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s (D-Mass.) growing crowd numbers.

The reporter, Ed Mazza, said that Warren’s campaign estimated her crowd size in Minnesota at 15,000 people. Newsweek commented [2] on Warren’s crowd size, stating, “While this campaign-provided number is hard to verify, images from the event show thousands of people listening to her.”

However, he made no mention of Trump’s most recent rally from August 15 in Manchester, New Hampshire, where he filled the SNHU arena and had hundreds overflowing outside the arena. The arena capacity limit hovers around 11,000.

HuffPost also failed to report Trump’s August 1 rally at the U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio, which had approximately 17,500. In mid-July the Trump campaign hosted a rally in Greenville, North Carolina, at the Williams Arena. That arena had a capacity of 8,000 and the streets outside the venue had hundreds waiting to get in.

After skipping over Trump’s last three successful and completely sold out rallies, HuffPost then compared Trump’s inaugural ceremony size to Warren’s crowd size.

Comparing Warren’s and Trump’s rallies is not an exact science,” Newsweek reported. “There are a number of variables, such as the strength of the political leanings of each location, the local population size, that Trump is president and Warren is just one primary candidate among many, and so on.”
