Judicial Watch, a conservative organization, was able to obtain information that the FBI convened a grand jury to try to uncover more evidence of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails on her BlackBerry device. Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton asked why do the American people only know about this information now? Great point, Mr. Fitton.

The Times published a story which said that the grand jury indicted the police officer responsible for shooting and killing 12-year-old Tamir Rice, a black teenager. Actually, the jury did not indict the officer (which is another issue entirely).
Photo by Elizabeth Brossa There was outrage over the decision to not indict anyone in the Sandra Bland case, where a Chicago-area woman was arrested and died in prison. She committed suicide and hung herself in her cell, but family members are suspicious of that.
