Don't know what to do with your old vehicle? Are you a little short on funds but would like to donate to Accuracy In Media and support the cause? AIM's car donation program "Drive for Balance" is the solution.

By donating that vehicle, you will be supporting AIM and also ridding your property or storage unit of that unwanted vehicle. You will receive a tax deduction for the amount the vehicle was sold at auction if it is over $500. Remember, the better the condition of the vehicle, the greater the contribution toward funding and supporting our efforts to change the way news is reported.

The vehicle donation process is simple, quick and convenient. We will arrange free and timely pick-up of your vehicle and provide you with documentation for filing your donation.

• Wait for donation documentation to arrive.

• When filing taxes itemize your deductions on form 1040

(For deductions over $500 fill Form 8283, for deductions over $5,000 fill form 8283 and obtain a written appraisal. Fair Market Value will be given to donors for cars worth under $500.)
