You attended Al Sharpton’s 2007 national conference as a special guest. By that time, Sharpton’s presidential campaign had been found guilty of campaign finance improprieties. One resulted in a $5,500 fine. The other resulted in Sharpton having to pay back $100,000 in federal matching funds received for his presidential race. Now the FBI has raided Sharpton’s organizations and associates. You should cover these scandals and tell the complete truth about this “Reverend.” Please don’t attempt to help Sharpton spin his way out of this one. Give him the scrutiny he deserves.
