Senator David Vitter
516 Hart Senate Office Building
Washington, DC 20510
Dear Senator Vitter:
Thank you for taking your job seriously and subjecting the U.N.’s Law of the Sea Treaty to the scrutiny it deserves. You succeeded through your questioning during the Foreign Relations Committee hearings in exposing several major flaws in this controversial treaty. Your idea of having another hearing featuring opponents of the pact is absolutely necessary since the witnesses were stacked 9-2 in favor of it. We hope you take advantage of every opportunity to delay or defeat this sovereignty-sapping treaty.
