Published reports document how your law firm represented a foreign company taking over a Texas road in the Trans-Texas Corridor, often described as part of the “NAFTA Superhighway.” Your firm also represents the anti-American ruler of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, who just closed down a television channel critical of his dictatorial rule. And Associated Press reports that one of your foreign clients was Saudi Arabia. We believe you owe the public a full accounting of your representation of foreign clients and foreign governments.
