As the founder and chairman of Discovery Communications, we want to thank you for the Discovery Channel’s September 11 program, “The Flight that Fought Back.” This was a patriotic and inspiring program that told the true story of the American heroes who fought the terrorists on flight 93. There are millions of Americans who are receptive to such programs and want to see more of them. Please continue to provide high-quality programs of this nature and the audience for the Discovery Channel will grow dramatically. We would like to see more programs that highlight the patriotism and self-sacrifice of the American people.
