Mr. David Bohrman
Washington Bureau Chief
CNN
820 First St. NE

Dear Mr. Bohrman:

Congratulations on your recent appointment to head the CNN Washington bureau. Unfortunately, you must supervise coverage of the presidential campaign as serious questions are being raised about the fairness of your network. Former CNN reporter Chris Black was hired as a spokesperson for Senator John Kerry's wife, Teresa Heinz, and the Center for Public Integrity reports that CNN parent company Time Warner has poured $140,710 into Kerry's political campaigns over the years. In addition, two prominent Democrats, James Carville and Paul Begala, are on CNN's payroll. These liberal partisans square off against two journalists, Tucker Carlson and Robert Novak, on Crossfire. How will you assure objective coverage of the campaign?
