Dear Mr. Kent:
I am disgusted with CNN’s treatment of Jack Cashill. After inviting him to appear on “The Point” to discuss the evidence of a government cover-up of the cause of the TWA 800 crash, CNN bumped him to allow Jim Hall, the former NTSB chairman, to say that the government was right in trying to discredit all the eyewitnesses who saw missiles intersect with the plane.
Reacting to protests, you invited Cashill to appear on the show on Aug. 2, but you bumped him again just before the taping. Your treatment of Cashill is disgraceful, but your refusal to tell your viewers that our government has told outrageous lies to cover up the the cause of a crash that killed 230 people is worse. The lies told to discredit all eyewitness who saw a missile are ridiculous. Aeronautic experts and eyewitnesses will tell you that. The radar data prove it. Why won’t CNN let anyone tell its viewers that?
