Mr. Clay Johnson
Director of Personnel
The White House
Washington, DC 20500

Dear Mr. Johnson:

You should apply the same high standards to government officials seeking to retain their jobs that you apply to your new appointees. Start with Louis Freeh and George Tenet. When Freeh was appointed he pledged to keep the FBI free from political influence and said he would demand that FBI employees live up to his own high standards. The record shows that he and Howard Shapiro, his former general counsel, did just the opposite. Check with former agents Fred Whitehurst, Gary Aldrich and Dennis Sculimbrene.

Ask any aeronautical expert about the video made by Tenet's CIA for Freeh's FBI to discredit hundreds of eyewitnesses who saw a streak of light intersecting with TWA Flight 800 before it crashed. This video was a lie told to hide the truth about the cause of the crash. It alone should disqualify Freeh and Tenet.
