As a young guy growing up, my local streetcorner shylock was W-A-Y more fair and F-A-R less usurious than today’s credit card companies and their aides-de-camp, the credit reporting agencies.
The current credit card reform measure doesn’t go nearly far enough to rein in the card crooks.
