Accuracy in Media

Early Wednesday morning, President Trump tweeted media coverage about him is so negative that he has no choice but to use social media to “get the truth out.”

“Wow, more than 90 percent of Fake News Media coverage of me is negative, with numerous forced retractions of untrue stories. Hence my use of Social Media, the only way to get the truth out. Much of Mainstream Media has become a joke!”

Trump was referring to a new Media Research Center study that found that negative stories about Trump three networks, ABC, CBS and NBC reached 91 percent in the last three months.

The president has often referred to the news media as “fake news” an image that has only been reinforced of late with the Brian Ross and CNN blunders.

Our nation has reached a point, in which truth has nearly become extinct. Some years ago, when I began to increase the content of my personal library, I discovered that truth began to decline around the middle of the 1800’s. For this reason, the volumes within my library are dated, prior to 1860.
My search for documented factual information, begins in the the halls of the US National Archives. The US Library of Congress, is another excellent source of documented factual information. I must admit, I am hesitant to trust the source of information, within the libraries of our educational institutions. Many of their documents, have been tampered with for political purposes.
We must keep the well head pure, if our desire is to get to the truth.

Just take a look at what Wankerpedia did to the history of the Jamestown colony. You’ll gasp.
