The Politico has compiled a list of the best and worst moves of the Obama administration to date.
Across Washington, political pros are quietly putting together their report cards on the first year of the Obama presidency.
On some issues – like Obama’s diplomatic overtures to Iran – it’s too early to tell whether they’re political wins or losses. On others – like Obama’s failure to break up the big banks – the judgment is hopelessly clouded by ideology. Where you stand, as in so much of life, depends on where you sit.
But on much of Obama’s presidency, there is a surprising bipartisan consensus on what has worked well and what has not. POLITICO spoke to a dozen political insiders and pulled together this list of Obama's ten best, and ten worst, moves of the year.

The real truth of his being awarded the Nobel Prize was (no joke) two weeks after being in Office, they just waited nine months plus to make it look legitimate.
Actually, I have a hard time thinking of anything he has done was anywhere near what could be considered the “Best”.
Unless one would care to call the Best; deceitful, a lack of the truth, Socialist, Marxist, and even a Maoist.
His criticisms are just too many to list.
Wesley in Dallas you missed that Obama is by far the best telepromter reader that has ever been in the White House.
But didn’t they also say that they gave the prize to Obama for the wonderful things that HE is
“GOING to do” in the future ? Perhaps Chris Matthews already has a camera crew posted and waiting for “The Annointed One” to walk on The Patomic, as HE performs many miracles for his sheeple who have believed in HIM ! Mmmmm! Mmmmm!Mmmmm!

I have just seen a 9 1/2 min. YouTube video with a series of his “accomplishments”: slipped and told Stephanapolous about his Muslim religion, praised Islam for it’s many great accomplishments in this country, berated America to the world, shown bowing to the Saudi king, ad nauseum. To that we can add his sterling performance speech to the Native American convention with his “shout out to Dr. Joe Medicine Man” (or whatever his name is) while the Army was still stacking dead US personnel, who were killed by the jihadist Army major, into ambulances.
When are the sheeple going to realize hussein is a Marxist Muslim who is anti-American to the bone, and that goes for king kong michelle.
If there were an 11th Best:
#11 Obama has been conservative with the use of vacation time as compared to his predecessor !
S,Parish: Surely you’re kidding. Where have you been? He plays golf or basketball just about every day. He makes town-hall trips all over the country every other day, and he’s on TV practically every other day. Still pitching his woo to the sheeple.
Many people have wondered when he has time to govern the nation, but then he has 34-44 unvetted czars costing millions of taxpayers $$ (his wife has 24 assistants, cost: $1.7 annually) who answer only to him who are handling the show for him.
He took his wife to NYC for an est. $250K date, went to Copenhagen to pitch for the Olympics which was totally unnecessary, his first televised speech was in Cairo or Turkey, praising Islam.
He has wasted more fuel romancing the country and spent more $$$ than his 43 predessor combined.
Don’t you use to Internet to find out what he’s really doing?

I’m sorry I can’t post the picture of what Bush did to the Prince in the oval office, it would be inappropriate for children to see, but lets just say he wasn’t wearing anything under that outfit!
cynical, if it exists, post the link…that is how you get around that, as long as it isn’t a porn site, but considered news. Otherwise I will just figure it is like when Obama opens his mouth, you will hear anything but the truth.
Perhaps that is where you and I differ the most, once I have been lied to, it takes more and more effort to prove next time is the truth. Such as the Obama Care Bill in Deficit Neutral, or that there will be No Government paid Abortions.
Then there is that famous speech where he said the War in Afghanistan was the Right war to fight, and will do whatever it takes to win, such as not hesitating when HIS Generals need something.
Hate to say it, but you are a follower, never a leader. At least I take responsibility for my actions, and I may grumble about Obama and his Administration, but I am doing something about it, instead of JUST doing nothing.
If Obama wanted to REALLY cut costs on Health Care, he would sign Tort into effect, such as we did down here in Texas, where we are only paying $76.50 per pay-period to insure two people for the very best insurance Aetna can offer. Things such as $5.00 for non-generic prescriptions, and no co-pay at all on Generic Drugs. My sister just went through two months of hell, and a whole team of Cardiologist looking after her, she ended up on a Heart Transplant list, but when her heart gave it up, and she was being kept alive by a machine, she was moved to A-1 status, had a Donor Hear within 36 hours. The transplant happened less than three weeks ago, and is back home healing…Insurance picked up the entire bill; with $500.00 co-pay…we are talking about something costing around a Million dollars or more. I guess the big question is would she have gotten that kind of Health care under any Liberal Government run system? At age 58, I seriously doubt it, even her team of doctors told her that she was lucky it happened when it did, and that is the Obama gets his way with Health Care, they all will be retiring. The very same thing my Oncologist told me. If they cannot enforce the Hippocratic Oath, they will retire, move, or find another career.
As for what Bush left us with was a Love for our Country, strength, and proud of being an American.
If he had signed the Illegal Alien Bill and no amnesty for illegal’s, and not have asked for the TARP money, well those were his two largest weaknesses. But Obama was left with a bit over $900 million dollars in debt, but Obama has managed to raise that by three times in just nine months, and it is still growing.
Diogenes would never find what he was looking for in the Democratic Party, it just is not there.

First of all I find it amusing that you are an adjective. Your posts tell me that #3 and #4 best describe your behavior.

If he does not read it on the Daily Kos, Media Matters, Huffington Post, are any of the other pseudo Liberal/Marxists, Hate sites, he will not believe you. That also included the LFM (Lunatic Fringe Media), they can no longer be considered the MSM, since there is nothing Main Stream about them, at least those he watches.

Wesley, whatever you’re going to do about it (Obama and his administration), count me in. He must be removed from office and the kooks (aka czars) gone with him.
I’d rather have a vacationing POTUS who is an American citizen and loyal to the bone to this country than the empty suit we now have as commander-in-chief ~ what a travesty.
geniemaker, I have a security program which allows me to appear I am anywhere I wish to be, local, State, even county, all I have to do is pick the area, and a corresponding IP address is changed automatically.
Therefore when I send a petition out, it will at least appear from said district. We use petitions, official boycotting, arrange TEA Parties, peaceful protests. I have done a few Editorials which have appeared in many newspapers, so if you wish to so an editorial, just let me know, I will find a way to exchange email addresses.
There is also a new web site I am working on, which will most likely anger most all Liberals and worse. I also have a book in the works, but with so many things to do, I am getting behind, and will have to update what is already written. Not to mention an email list of 34 million and growing, all of whom have volunteered.

You should check you facts with people who know the truth. You are not allowed to use the LFM (Lunatic Fringe Media) or (Liberal Fringe Media), formally known as the MSM, however there is nothing Main Stream about them, everyone but Fox seems be the only News Network telling both sides of a story these days. The NEWS, not the entertainment shows, but Beck’s ratings are growing at an unbelievable rate. The only part of Hannity I care to see, is each night when he has “The Great American Panel” in the final section of his show, there are normally one or two Democrat/Liberals, and one guest panelist…usually a celebrity, who may be from either party.
Nielsen reports in their newest poll, which registered voters, showed that the people who watch Fox are broken down as such:
Democrats: 40%
Republican: 40%
Independents: 10%
Every-time someone puts Fox News down, only increases their total viewership.
As you claim that Bush 43 did NOT take 37% of his entire presidency, in fact he took less days off that any other president, going back to George Washington.
It is actually very easy to find out, just ask your question under the FOIA (Freedom of Information Act).
Not to mention Golf, Obama has played more rounds of golf in 9 months, than Bush did during his entire Presidency. Bush had a Country to run; now we have NObama, who cannot make his mind up on what he wants to do, so far it is not what every poll taken, Health Care is at the bottom of the list, and he is also not listening to the people who do nothing but apologize for America.
He should be impeached for lying to the people, and corruption. As laid out in our Constitution, Article II Sec. 4, “Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors”, and more in Art. II Sec. 1 Cl. 8. Once a President is sworn into Office, the Oath he takes is in effect until his term is over and out of office, which also says he shall not lie or mislead the People of the United States of America. It goes deeper and more detailed of course…Perhaps it is times our Congress take the lead.

Look a honest BUSH 04 voter ! Well I do believe that is a first for me. This is the first time a supporter/voter for BUSH 04 admits that it’s not so important that BUSH worked while in Office - what’s important is that he holds the Office.
After the Clinton travisity people had had enough and hit the streets to sign-up voters to support the GOP. Man they were everywhere WORKING for change and their work put BUSH in the Office.

You mean the 2004 second term was close to a landslide, and did it despite the millions of people ACORN signed up, who had either already voted, people such as Tony Romo somehow ended up voting is 11 States, but at least he is alive, unlike many of the others they signed up to vote. Community Organizing is not a job, it is a scam which runs all the way up to the White House CiC (Commander in Chief for all you so-called (pseudo) intellectual Liberals). You have the Rathke Brothers, one who founded ACORN, the other founded the crooked SEIU, who together compiled 361 shell companies. WE do not need Chicago politics in the White House.
Obama has spent us into debt to the point where he has printed money to monetize the debt. Do you honestly believe we can sustain Government Run Health Care, when the government could not even run the Mustang Rance Whore House in Nevada, and it failed.

Here is a short , but true story. I live in an upscale retirement /resort type of community in Arizona. The mail was delivered to this community by UPS this week ! And no , I am not joking, nor making this up ! When I asked the postman who drove his own car here at 5 pm to accept the mail delivery from the UPS driver about what happened .....he quickly informed me, “Well, thanks to our govt and to Obama, I guess we no longer can afford enough trucks to get the mail around !” And then the postman soon added,” Yes, I know. And some people trust them to take over the health care system..RIGHT?! ” Unbelievable !!! I think I will have to write FOX about this at this point in time. What do you think ?
Wesley, as always, I enjoy reading whatever you have to share , as you say it so well, and tell it like it is ! And I know that you always do plenty of good research , as well as sharing your words of wisdom ! I don’t have as much time to post as I used to , it seems; but always peeking in to read what everyone else has to say, and always learning. I certainly hope and pray that The health care bill , as well as Cap and Trade do not make it through the Senate. I fear greatly that if those things happen to us that we are totally doomed, and that there will it will be too late to turn this country around again to the way that it used to be. Anyway,in the meantime, I am keeping the faith that all will be well. And best of health and best regards to you and your family ! Would also love to read more of your thoughts about life in Germany sometime.

As always Diane, you are a pleasure to be around. I have missed our discussions we used to have, but I understand about not having as much time. There is a good chance my Sister-In-Law will be visiting from Vermont in early January. Her husband wanted to move here and become a Texas Ranger (he is already in Law Enforcement) but one must be born in the State of Texas to be eligible.

If you do not think what I said is true, send me a link to your website (if you have one), and I will log-on from several States and Countries within minutes of each log-on. If you have a site, you should be able to track and read my IP address and where it originated from, and still use the same email address (with the same IP…or I can change that up as well. Trust me, it has nothing to do with any sort of hacking, spoofing, or anything of the kind, plus it is 100% legal.
I know of several people know how this is done, I am still looking at getting it to work on Windows 7 Ultimate, until then I can use Vista Ultimate, XP Pro, and Linux. I have all four Operating Systems loaded on my Network.
I would love to take the opportunity to prove you wrong!

The major positive is the pause in the anit-American bias in the mainstream media which would have tinged any reporting on a McCain presidency. For instance, the NYT seems to have stopped its continued exploitation of the Abu Graib situation. Anything wrong is still blamed on Bush, but Obama gets a free ride on anything he does. Obama’s ridiculous Peace Prize is glossed over by the mainstream media, with many even finding ways to justify it, etc. Ctiticism of Obama is always mild, and in direct instances where his behavior is the same as Bush’s, his is usually reported in positive terms.
