Hinchey, where is your proof.  Just like all the other liberal liars, just because you say it loud does not make it true.  This is Clinton and Obama’s debacle and they can’t blame it on anyone else.  Clinton because he tried to dismantle the intelligence community and Obama because while the coward played golf and flew off to Copenhagen for the “Chicago” Olympics, people died and it is his fault.

Former_Democrat is correct: Clinton was playing golf one time Bin Laden could have been captured. There were at two other occasions when we could ahve captured binladen, but clinton was either too busy or didn’t want to bother about it.

Clinton is the one who missed the opportunity—

It always amazes me -the American tendency to continually rehash events that cannot possibly be altered at the expense of looking ahead and making sure that things go right!

Many are still trying to lay blame for Pearl Harbour on the shoulders of a president dead these 65 years, and equally many try to blame Bin Ladens freedom on a president who was was busier thinking about an intern than about security threats.

“The moving finger writes, and having writ moves on. Nor all thy piety nor wit shall lure it back an inch, nor all thy tears wipe out a word of it.”

It is a pity that the US periodically elects flawed individuals to its presidency. Some will assume that this refers to Clinton and some to George W. Bush, and perhaps some to Lincoln. In truth it probably applies to all of these -and all the others too.

In the last analysis it matters not a whit what either the pundits or the politicians say -but it does matter what history eventually writes.

Last night for example Obama finally released his Afghanistan strategy. I happen to support it (with reservations of course) but many will criticize it -perhaps with good reason.

We will have to wait and see… the moving finger has not writ yet!

Bin Laden is probably still alive and so are a whole bunch of Al Quaeda and Taliban members. THEY are worthwhile targets. Clinton is a footnote in history and FDR barely a memory.

We shall see sixty years hence -or more correctly my grandkids will see…where Obama rates!

Hinchey is a kook and a Socialist.

That is why I ran against him in 1994.

And, in 1998, I sued him for illegal campaign activity.

In 1996, Hinchey sponsored legislation that “reformed” our patent laws.  That bill snuck in provisions that sapped away the creative energies of American inventors.  Under his bill, which Clinton signed into law, inventors only have one year to successfully patent an idea, or else it becomes “public domain”.  And, thanks to Hinchey, industrial spies from Communist China can sit in the Library of Congress and look up information on patent applications that are approaching that one-year deadline.

He is also the guy that stood up to defend Maxine Waters after she came right out and threatened to nationalize the petroleum industry.

I posted the above remarks before even watching the video.

Now that I’ve seen the video, I can assure you that Hinchey is lying.

How?  He has a “tell”.  (I was a law-enforcement supervisor, and leader of a counter-terrorist team, in the Air Force.  I’ve interviewed liars before….)

I’ve had numerous exchanges with Hinchey—on TV, on talk radio, in debates on stages, and up-close face-to-face.

Hinchey has a tendency to SMIRK just after he thinks that he has “gotten over” on someone.  Now, watch the video again, and notice that Hinchey smirks at least three times in the two-minute video.

When discussing a topic of this importance, WHO would smirk?  (especially while on television)

I watched a documentary on TV this past year regarding a movie which had been funded by Disney, which also discussed the search for Bin Ladin !  Anyone else see that ?  If memory serves me correctly,  when Disney executives learned that Bin Ladin was let go on Clinton’s watch,the movie was quickly canned, never to be released. And the film maker believes that it was because of the close ties that Disney has with The Clintons.  Interesting.

of a camp that OBL was supposed to be at,but they called off the air strike at the last moment when they saw a SWING set & assumed that there were children present??? The Hollywood friends of the Clintons put pressure ,as always, on the studio, to make it look like it was the decision of the staffers,,NOT Bill C. to let Bin Laden go!!!

It was not a TV movie.  It was the TV NEWS.

Clinton’s CIA had been monitoring the camp.  Then, they notified Clinton that the camp had been evacuated.  (Somewhere along the line, I’ve seen the comparative satellite images.  One day:  tents and people.  The next day:  rocks and trash.)  After the camp was EMPTY, only then did Clinton send cruise missiles—to make himself APPEAR to be tough on terrorists.

A similar situation happened in Sudan, when he sent cruise missiles in to destroy an outdated aspirin factory—after telling the world that it was a factory for chemical weapons.  “Coincidentally”, that was not long after the news broke about the Sudanese offering Clinton’s CIA the location of Osama bin-Laden, and then Clinton turning down their offer!

Just like it was a mere “coincidence” that, during the Balkan War, the US Air Force “accidentally” bombed the Chinese Embassy in downtown Belgrade—at a time when a man “just happened” to be there that had previously been involved in brokering the deal for Clinton to sell ultra-accurate GPS technology (from the Iridium Project) to the COMMUNIST CHINESE in exchange for a contribution to the Democratic Party during the 1996 election cycle.  That contribution came from Bernard Schwarz—who, at that time, was the president of Loral Technologies, the company that was working on the Iridium Project.  (That project enables high-speed ballistic warheads to make flight adjustments in real time, based upon readings from GPS satellites.  With that technology, the Chinese were able to go from targeting a neighborhood-size piece of real estate to being able to target a phone booth.)

In my book, that sort of activity is called TREASON.

In Clinton’s book, it is called “retirement”.

For years I have been a volunteer for the RNC and the GOP, I am disappointed they supported Scozzafavva in NY’s 23rd, given that she is more liberal than most liberals in Both Houses, I cannot believe their vetting process is that bad, what I have yet to discover is who else was involved in that decision? With very little investigative research, I knew her record as a hard core Liberal/Socialist.

It is my firm belief we need to clean corruption in Both Houses, in both parties. One of the few Constitutional amendments I would support, is to have a unbiased group vetting/background checks process for all new and present members plus all new candidates regarding ethics. We also need a better process for vetting Cabinet positions, including Czars.

I expect the ObamaCare bill will pass with amendments, but I expect once passed, Reid will come out with a marked up Bill and claim it is the one passed. Obama is in too much of a hurry to get his agendas passed before the Mid-Terms only if it is due to the fact the Senate will most likely to lose six to ten Dem seats. If republicans can get 41 seats in Congress, Pelosi loses her Speaker-ship.

Being a Constitutionalist, I have to wonder what happened to Treason, and why is Obama trampling on the Constitution, invading States Rights, and delving into the Private Sector, leveling Taxation without Representation.
