A Real Change is brewing in this country and thanks God, I’m part of that change.

Although something just has to give this coming November, the GOP will just be more of the same. Remember when the GOP had both houses of Congress for about ten years? They didn’t “fix” the country, did they? And I get the feeling that some GOPers are trying to hijack the Tea Party movement.

Most all of the 535 professional politicians on Capitol Hill and their Wall Street string pullers need to go, period. The US needs a true third party, not just another family like the Hatfield’s and the McCoy’s (GOP & Dems). Voting for the GOP just to keep a Dem out of office means nothing but more of the same.

We got a LONG way to go, and unfortunately, I’m not too confident it can be fixed.

I could not agree more with Tony. The Republicans talk a good conservative game when they are in the wilderness and trying to get back in; once in they betray the conservatives who placed them in office. In the eight years that Bush and the Republicans held power they served a single radical constituency: The Welfare State. They spent like drunken sailors, passed blatantly unconstitutional leglislation (McCain/Feingold prohibitions on free speech since declared unconstitutional) and in every respect furthered the secular/social cause.

This season? The same old stuff. Watch for their immediate betrayal. They will fix rather than abolish O’Bama Care. They will engage in massive social, deficit spending. They will bury their snouts in pork. They will betray the Constitution and the American people just as the Democrats and Republicans have always betrayed the American people.

Its true that most Republicans are just saying the lines of being a conservative, but we need to be the ones to tell them that if they, in fact, do betray us we will vote them out just we did their competition.

1. The media won’t spin it. They will try to ignore the rally perhaps casting all sorts of doubt on size.
2. They will bracket any story with the least cynical Sharpton comments.

By the WAY: The republicans didn’t control Congress all 8 years.

I forgot to ask: How large was the Sharpton rally? And what government funded organizations paid for transportation, rent, permits etc?
And: at least there was no reported violence by any.

To those trying to sell you the ‘same ole’, ‘same ole’ wake up. They are telling you you’re better off with Obama. Tea Party isn’t voting RINO they’re voting conservative. You have three choices: (1)Conservatives (2)Rino’s or (3) Marxist. Better make a good decision while you still have a vote. If you only watch government news YOU are the problem.

Yes, and even with a GOP majority the Rhinos, and the obstuctionist parlamentory manuvers of the Dems. kept the ‘stagnation of the greatest nation’ on track. Real Immagration Reform via upgrading and streamlining the naturalization process, aggressively going after the facilitators of illegal hiring, and shutting down the “free-bee taps”, remains seemingly the ultra hot potato ‘don’t tread on me’ issue. Like Iran’s obvious stalling and giving the West a very overt ‘big bird’ during its trumpeted quest for nukes, it is also as obvious that the ‘biggest mother load voter block prize’ goes to the most underhanded party that somehow finds the best ‘back door’ to make all the illegals legal. And, whom might that be?
Sure, we can show up by the hundreds of thousands for a dozen Glenn Becks, but in the end,(and it may well be),how do we tell our children, and grandchildren we dropped the ball of their liberty?

First of all, the Restoring Honor rally was non political, it was about faith, hope, morals, trust and truth.

I was just as angry as anyone when the Republican Party spent like they did from 2000 through 2006, it cost them both houses and most of us voted for their opponents in the primaries and not the incumbents, but the Dems still walked away with both majorities. Bush’s TARP of 700 million went directly to Obama, Bush had to stop the housing/mortgage breakdown, the money was intended to be for “loans” for lenders and the auto makers….NOT BAIL-OUTS! Any truthful economist will tell you that in eight years of Bush, he left office with $475 Billion in debt. Too many have forgotten that Clinton never really had a Surplus, it was only on paper and done by a private accounting corporation, NOT the CBO. He left Bush with a Recession and 8 Trillion in the National Debt, since the Democrats took office, and the Obama win, it is approaching $14 Trillion . However I am still angry over the $700 Billion in TARP!

Now I am praying that with most of the Republicans who were there from 2000 – 2006 are now gone, most were beaten out be the Dems/Liberals, and more are falling in this years primaries, Incumbent Murkowski (R)-AK lost to a more qualified Tea Party backed candidate Joe Miller, a Veteran, a successful business owner, graduated at the top of his class with a PhD.

So far in the first 19 months of Obama, the Liberals have already spent 12 times what the Republicans did in six years.

What I am afraid of, even if real Conservatives with either Congress or both Houses, is the lame duck session…They (Liberals) want at least another $800 Billion to a Trillion dollar new stimulus bill to be passed in November/December.

Without a Republican President, there will be no way to repeal the H/C bill/Law, but it can be de-funded. Although, with a Republican win and if they are honest and represent we Americans, it would still take 15-20 years to get out of the mess created by these Marxists.

I will hold on to my hope and faith that Republicans will keep to their word this time around.

Anybody notice tha Sharpton says he “Gave orders” not to get into fights with the Beck rally?? Does anyone really listen to him??

The PRO-left at best said there were 87,000 at Beck’s rally. Yet, at one of their rallys,say 50K show, they will say 100K showed.

At the last Tea Party rally,within one hour of the end, you could EAT off of the grass at “The Mall”.

250,000 PLUS show up at a NON-political rally & within 1 hour of the end,,guess what,,,you could eat off of the grass,,,,WHY??? ’cause in BOTH
rallys the people PICKED UP ALL of their garbage,,& there was not ONE arrest,,for ANY reason.

If the LEFT have a rally,the crowd gets ugly,things get burned & overturned,,& the police make a lot of arrests. (Look it Up)

Even BHO’s Inaugural,left TONS OF TRASH on the mall,,(PIGS) & they are lucky there weren’t any garbage fires,for the FD would have to fight it’s way through the mob just to put it out.

One women on her way home met a Sharpton man on her flight,& he said that he walked over to the Beck rally to watch & observe & he walked away a “Changed Man”

The latest count done by both the D.C. Police and professional crowd counters (they take high-def photos of the entire crowd, blow them up and count a section, then multiply the number using a grid) came up with a number of just over 500,000 people, even ABC news that night reported about 300,000 while the other news shows put it a under 100,000.

Fox showed the aftermath of Beck’s Restoring Honor rally on one half of the screen and the aftermath of Obama’s Inaugural speech…Beck’s was clean, could not tell anyone had been there, after Obama’s acceptance speech, it looked as though many garbage trucks exploded.
