Economic Crisis May Lead to Democratic Landslide

Even though the Deomocrats are equally if not largely to blame for the current economic crisis strategists see a potential Obama landslide as voters shift their loyalties.

Three weeks of historic economic upheaval has done more than just tilt a handful of once-reliably Republican states in Barack Obama’s direction. Democratic strategists are now optimistic that the ongoing crisis could lead to a landslide Obama victory.
Four large states McCain once seemed well-positioned to win—Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio and Florida—have in recent weeks shifted toward Obama. If Obama were to win those four states—a scenario that would represent a remarkable turn of events—he would likely surpass 350 electoral votes.
Under almost any feasible scenario, McCain cannot win the presidency if he loses any of those four states. And if Obama actually captured all four states, it would almost certainly signal a strong electoral tide that would likely sweep the Southwestern swing states—Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada—not to mention battlegrounds from New Hampshire to Iowa to Missouri.
The crisis may have unfairly benefited the Democrats but McCain has certainly not done anything lately to give voters confidence that he would be a better steward of the economy than Obama.

The show is not over yet. It is still almost a month until election day, and that is a really long time when Obama and his MSM staff have to keep the wool over all Americans eyes. The truth may be elusive to absolutely ignorant people that are easily led, but the cover up can’t keep the wool over all Americans eyes - they will see the financial mess for who actually are the most culpable - Democrats and government that did not do their jobs.
Besides, look at 2000 and 2004, and the polls in the month before elections. Bush was always behind and they were similar at this point to just how they are right now - it will tighten up before election day again. This time, McCain had a nice little lead until the financial mess fell on us, and Bush did not enjoy the same in 00 and 04.
A combination of the always slightly skewed towards liberals polls, and the Obama factor, and this race is really closer than it may look. If the polls become almost even within the margin of error, Obama is a loser. There is something to the fact of the Obama factor, and I suspect their campaign knows that they must be up at least solidly 5 to 6 percent on election day if the vote is just to be a squeker - and more for them to come out the winner.

Well, it will late on 4 November because the returns on the East Coast (NH, VA, NC) will make Obama’s victory apparent early on. You refuse to see that. What self-delusion you exhibit!
Obama is going to win with 350 electoral votes or more. The Democrats are going to gain at least 60 Senate seats. Their hold on the House of Reps will be unbreakable. But the worst reality for you, Mr. Dog, is that none of the nonsensical paranoid fantasies of yours will come about. The country will survive as a healthy democracy. None of the weird nightmares you have about Marxists, Nazis, Islmaic terrorists, etc. will ever materialize. You will be left to face what is for you a truly awful fate: YOU WILL HAVE PROOF ABSOLUTE THAT YOU ARE SUBJECT TO MENTAL ILLNESSES, IN NEED OF PSYCHOLOGICAL HELP. FOR HEAVEN’S SAKE, GET THAT HELP!
Otherwise, you face what really will be a living hell. Over and over again, like the damned in hell you will repeat the same pathetic ritual: “Like the dog returns to its vomit, the fool [in this case you] returns to its FOLLY.” Sniff and lap it up, sniff and lap it up, sniff and lap it up… Hmmm, good!

I just cannot believe that the democrats have caused this financial mess and are going to get away with it I just cannot comprehend that the American people really believe that the democrats are going to be better. They will have free rein and this country will not survive. I am a registered democrat and found out the truth and have tried to get the information out there but the main stream just will not report it and then they wonder why everyone is angry. This is just unbelievable. They cannot win our country will not survive if they do.

McCain was put in there to win. He was the one they knew Obama could beat.
We really have no input as far as president goes.
We need to concentrate on the congress, and our local governments - state on down.
