chris matthews white people apologyLast Thursday, the host of MSNBC’s Hardball, Chris Matthews, addressed the issue of race in America with NBC News VP/Creative Director Val Nicholas and former RNC chairman Michael Steele, who is a regular contributor to Matthews’ show. Nicholas recounted facing the barrel of a gun twice during his youth, and Steele weighed in with his own experiences of being a target, solely because of his race. That prompted Matthews to apologize to them on behalf of “all white people:”

I’m speaking now for all white people, especially those who tried to change over the past 50 or 60 years, and a lot have really tried to change. And I’m sorry for this stuff. That’s all I’m saying.

Matthews may have been weighed down by his liberal guilt, but that doesn’t give him the right to apologize on my behalf, or anyone else’s for that matter.

Maybe he should apologize on behalf of Obama and the Black Caucus and their policies too – Illegal Immigration is not a legal process and the community it will effect the most is the black community. I’ve never met one black man in America that went endlessly on to support homosexuality and illegal immigration. Not One – No Where In America ! Not One ! His policies in the Middle East adversely effect the black community in a very negative way also. I don’t understand how the White House or the Black Cacus is helping the black community and they should be invited to defend their actions against the black community on TV. If the black community spends their time and allegiance voting them in, then they should be working hard for them and not everyone else except them ! Maybe they should note that Mexico has a general election also and that maybe they could enter that process. The conduct of our black politicians are just as racist against the black community as the white policies. Illegal immigration is class warfare.
